Well, look what day it is! I get to ease back into my normal NYC routine with Photo of the Week. And where do you think that photo could possibly come from?
This was the very last (non-iphone) photo I took in Paris. I was out on one last walk through the city, picking up some chocolates, checking a few things off the shot list, and generally saying so long to Paris. I had tears in my eyes a lot of the time. I know – I am a dork. Anyway, I was lucky enough to be crossing the Pont des Arts, completely packed with picnickers, right as the sun was going down.
I’m not sure when this started, but there is a tradition of going to the Pont des Arts with your lover, attaching a lock, and then throwing the key into the Seine. I wish Greg and I had done this!.jpg "locks copy")
